well benefits the firm. Adler (1999) states “A successful manager is the one who leads firm
through rough and thin while demonstrating his skills and leading from front”.
Leadership qualities are the characteristics of an individual to accomplish the task or achieve the target
with different skills with tactful guidance and support (Boak and Coolican, 2004). This
